1. Role of the Platform

• While we facilitate the transactions, payment processing, and sometimes logistics, the actual contract of sale for third-party products is directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
  
  
• We make no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by third-party sellers, though we enforce strict quality guidelines to maintain a trusted environment.
  
  

2. User Accounts and Registration

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  
  
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  
  
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard. Warning: Deleting your account is a permanent action. As explicitly stated on our Platform, deleting your account means:
  
  
  1. Any classified products you have created (if you are a seller) will be permanently removed from our system.
     
     
  2. Any remaining Mati To Me Wallet balance will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded.
     
     

3. Marketplace Features & Bidding

• Product Bidding: Mati To Me offers a unique "Place Bid Price" feature for select products. By placing a bid, you commit to purchasing the item at that price if your bid is accepted by the seller.
  
  
• Flash Sales: Products offered under "Flash Sale" or "Todays Deal" are subject to limited inventory and time constraints. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its price or availability until checkout is fully completed.
  
  

4. Pricing, Payments, and Wallet

• Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges may apply based on your location and cart value.
  
  
• Mati To Me Wallet: Refunds and promotional credits may be issued to your platform Wallet. Wallet balances can only be used for purchases on matitome.com. They are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for fiat currency (cash), and are forfeited if your account is deleted.
  
  
• Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing may occur. We (and our sellers) reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price, in which case a full refund will be issued.
  
  

5. Seller and Affiliate Terms

• Sellers must ensure that all product descriptions are accurate and that perishable goods are fresh and safely packaged.
  
  
• Mati To Me reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that repeatedly violate our quality standards or fulfillment timelines.
  
  

6. Prohibited Activities

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  
  
• Interfere with the platform's security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or introduce viruses/malware.
  
  
• Scrape, extract, or mine data from our website without prior written permission.
  
  
• Post abusive, defamatory, or obscene reviews, comments, or product listings.
